Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Flat rate of $15.00 to continental U.S. & $25.00 to Alaska & Hawaii.

Free Shipping on all U.S. orders of $199 or more.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 40 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We do not ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We’re working to expand our reach—stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also log into your account to view shipping status of your orders.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, some delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or inclement weather. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@drinkmagicdose.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
